• Work closely with our credit risk team to develop algorithms & scorecards for small-business lending
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (risk, finance, product, sales & marketing) to understand key requirements and translate them into software products
• Write clean & maintainable code to automate crucial manual processes
• Build business intelligence dashboards, reports, and quantitative analyses to answer key business questions with data
• Develop user-facing data products and contribute to the analytical suite offered by Fulfin

• Currently enrolled in a University degree (Bachelor or Masters) in the field of computer science, mathematics, statistics or an equivalent quantitative discipline
• Experience in a programming language, ideally Python
• Experience with (or eager to learn) data querying with SQL
• Passionate about Software Development and eager to learn new technologies
• Analytical thinking skills: you enjoy solving complex problems that require a quantitative mindset
• Self-organized and autonomous working style, with a proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving across teams

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Experience with business intelligence tools (QuickSight, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Experience with cloud services, ideally AWS
